Klaus Felitz (b. 1983 France) Battlefield Digitally constructed image 2011 Klaus Felitz applies battle strategies and knowledge learned as a mercenary to his strategy of image making. Using the same visual ideas that reference thermal and nocturnal imaging technologies, he has imagined a possible visual outcome of nocturnal gun-fire. Whilst it is an image conceived out of war and gunfire, he turns the warfare into possibilities for beauty to emerge out of horror.
