We can tailor events to meet various group sizes, the level of formality needed, the tone or vibe required, and the timeframe you have available, or you can choose from the following packages:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Museum Foyer offers a great location for an after-work corporate launch, community group get-together, or work outing. Whether it is an exclusive invite-only soiree, or a product launch with beer and nibbles, we can work with you to create a long-lasting impression.

Background music (CD)
P.A. System with Microphone
Tables and Chairs
Lectern

Hire Fee:
Minimum of $263 for 3 hours, then $55 per additional hour
Plus catering/drinks to suit your needs.

Suitable for work gatherings, awards ceremonies, product launches etc
Up to 200 people

Suggested extras:
Presentation equipment

Take a look behind the scenes and create a unique experience for your after-hours event. Relax with wine and canapés in the Museum Foyer, then we can arrange for you to take an exclusive view of our exhibitions with an entertaining talk by the exhibition curator, or take a tour of the museum collection store not usually open to the public and view the special treasures from our art, history, and tangata whenua collections (by arrangement).

$475 for 3 hours, then $55 per additional hour

The ArtsPost galleries and shop offer a unique venue for your function. Three galleries of art set a fantastic tone for your evening and the shop stocks a wide range of local art and crafts that suit a variety of tastes and budgets. The fact that you can eat and drink in the gallery spaces really set s this venue apart from the rest.

We can give you exclusive access to the Exscite Science interactives and the Mighty River Waikato exhibitions.

Entry into Exscite interactives and Mighty River Waikato exhibition.
