-
We will communicate with you with integrity and respect to produce excellent visitor experiences.

We will try to exceed your expectations, by providing you with useful information about Museum experiences that you didn’t even know you needed.
-
We aim to have a thorough knowledge of the Museum’s current and future exhibitions, activities, tours, public programmes and events, and will follow up with appropriate museum staff to answer anything outside our sphere of expertise.
-
We will ensure the foyer environment is clean, safe and accommodating to our visitors.
-
We will continue to operate in an environmentally sensitive manner by considering the impact of our services on the environment, and by using environmentally friendly products where possible.
-
We will treat customer feedback with the utmost importance by forwarding feedback to the Museum Management team who will contact you regarding your compliment, complaint, or suggested improvement.
-
We will be open to change, willing to listen, and endeavour to respect the wishes of the community, when it fits within our values and mission.
